Take that back. tags work well. Only thing is, I can't remember if I've allocated tags to everything. SO list by tag isn;t neccesarily reliable.

When entering a job title for a person entry, the system pulls up it's list of possible names that I might use. But this is now so long it disappears off the bottom of the screen. I presume it's using names enetred by everyone on the system. Not sure what to suggest here, but it would take me longer to trawl through the list than it would to just type it in!

OK. Wouldn't it be easier to have a 'Display by Classification' option?

Ah, so a Group is a bunch of users. I thought it was a way of categorising entries. Grouping Leads by type for exmaple. I would like to do this though..is there a way? I'd like to display my leads and clients by their group, and as, Suppliers, Buyers or contractors.

In Admin, I can set up Groups. But I can't see any way of alocating entries to these groups. Any hints?
