I was configuring some values and some of them are not really clear. For example what does Classification mean?

Looking through the help files sheds no light. Can I drill down based on these values to find all Retail leads in a particular region?

Basically it would be nice to be able to add Configurable Values on the fly while creating a Lead or Contact.

It's a bit of a pain to have to go to the Admin screen to do that then come back to the Contact page.
