First of all, we really like tactileCRM and good job for it programmers.

Our prospective clients fill out online web form to get proposals or information from us. Each web form generates an email which we receive and enter into our Outlook and database.

We would like the web form contact fields to automatically create a new lead account in TactileCRM.

Basic form fields like name, address, email can be captured and sent to dropbox to create a new lad. This will save a lot of time for everybody.

we are evaluating HighriseHQ and tactileCRM for our sales staff. we are leaning towards tactileCRM, but haven't made our final decision yet. Multiple delete or selecting more than one client/lead at the same time to add a tag, delete etc. is one of the most important time saving features. I hope this feature is implemented soon.
