Are you using import by URL? Google calendar won't import the Todo's in your ical feed - it will only import Activites you add that are 'Event's - i.e. with start and end dates. Thanks Jake |

At the moment there is not an option to do that. We love feedback and suggestions, so feel free to suggest it at our feedback forums Thanks Jake |

Hi, Clients and Leads have now been merged to Organisations - the functionality is still available using Tags, and all Leads you previously had were tagged '_Lead'. Check out the roadmap and an explanation will be on the blog in the next hour. Thanks Jake |

Hi, If you go to your 'Prefences' in Tactile CRM you will be able to see a ical feed at the bottom for your account. You can then subscribe to that in Google Apps and you events will be pulled through. Thanks jake |

Hi Doug, Thanks for the feedback. Could you forward a copy of the vCard to support@tactilecrm.com and we will take a look into it. Thanks Jake |

Hi Doug, We thinking about some exciting things to do with import/export at the moment. You can export as a CSV which you can re-import into address book. We'd love to hear your suggestions - we've moved Feature requests to http://senokian.uservoice.com/pages/tactile_crm so if you could add the suggestion there, we'll let people vote and go from there. Many Thanks Jake |

Hi Doug, That should work fine (assuming the contact exists in the database - with the email address "Bob's" email was from). Drop us an email to support@tactilecrm.com and we'll take a look if it's still an issue for you. Thanks Jake |

Hi Anthony, Thanks for the suggestion. A link to the forums would certainly be easy enough to add, using your Tactile CRM username/password may be more complicated than it looks, but we'll bare it in mind. Thanks Jake |

Hi Annmarie, Tactile CRM is designed as an easy to use CRM solution, products such as Open Office, iWorks and MS Office all offer mail merge functionality, so we give you the option to export your leads from the system and format them how you want within one of those instead of making the software more complex. Thanks Jake |

We have export from Google Apps, i.e. you can pull the contacts from Google Apps into Tactile CRM to use. That is all we have at the moment. Thanks Jake |

Hi, Well you can do the 'from Google apps' bit by simply bcc'ing in your email drop box from Tactile (add it as a contact is the easiest way). I belive if you download Google toolbar it will open up a Google Mail window when you click on the email address in Tactile instead of your desktop client too. Does this work for you? Thanks Jake |

Hi, I've just tried to import my calendar and it works fine. I don't really use Google calendar but it doesn't seem to do activities, only events. Do you see your events and no activities, or nothing at all? Thanks Jake |

Hi, You only need to set the status for opportunities to appear in the 'Open' view, not all of them. Am I correct in thinking that when you added it first this wasn't set? Thanks Jake |

Hi Zach, It looks like a javascript error that only affects IE. I've reported this internally and we'll look into getting a fix out straight away. Thanks Jake |

Hi Zach, The Roadmap is the things we are working on but not committed to a release yet, and we also have our feature request page which also has the API as the most requested feature. Can I suggest you vote up the API request and we'll keep you updated. Thanks Jake |

Hi, The configurable values aren't deletable at the moment. You can rename them to use them again. If this is something you think would be useful then please feel free to add it to our feature request list. Thanks Jake |

We've added a new way to list and vote for features. Check it out and help us make Tactile CRM even better. |

Hi, We have thought about this internally as an option. If we were to do it we would need people to help us test it. Would you be interested? Also we have just added a new way to suggest new features at http://senokian.uservoice.com/pages/tactile_crm feel free to add this to the list and comment/vote on others. Thanks Jake |
