Hi Sharyn, The limit applies only to Open opportunities. Opportunities have a 'status' and when you setup statuses you select whether or not it represents an 'open' state. You can setup as many statuses as you like. Does this help? |

We've just pushed out an update to Tactile that brings with it some new functionality and improvements as a result of customer feedback, so keep it coming! Both emails and notes on the Dashboard and when viewing things are collapsed initially but can be expanded by clicking the "Show More" link. For Clients, Leads and People the default 'index' view is to show those you have recently viewed. This should be more useful than the previous alphabetical view but, if you do still want to just browse through all your contacts, the "A-Z" option is there just below the page title. You will also notice that for Clients and Leads the "town/city" and "county/state" parts of the address on the index pages are now links. Clicking them will filter the list to show just those entries that are in the same location so you can, for example, find all of your clients in "Coventry" or in "Devon" really easily - if you're planning on visiting someone, you can take a look at who is nearby and perhaps drop in and say hi! It's now even easier to keep on top of your Activities, as they can be marked as Complete right from the Dashboard so no excuses not to keep on top of things! As always, feedback on features (both new and old) is much appreciated Greg |

We've just put out a release of Tactile that should make things easier to use for people in countries other than those in the UK. From the Preferences page you can now decide whether you want dates displayed as d/m/y or (as is common in America) m/d/y and your entered data will be validated accordingly. You can also switch your timezone to something other than GMT, and relative times ("Just Now", "5 Minutes Ago", "Tofay" etc.) will make sense, and activity reminder emails will be sent when it is about 4am for you. Everyone is currently setup to use d/m/y and be in GMT and (at the moment) the only way to change this is from your preferences once you have signed up. Both of these settings are user-specific, and different users of the same account with different settings will work together just fine. Let us know if there are any more improvements we could introduce that would make things easier for you. Greg |

This seems to be fixed now, still awaiting an explanation from Amazon. Please let us know if you experience any problems. Greg |

It seems that Amazon's S3 service is experiencing some problems, which means that attempting to upload files will sometimes fail. Amazon are aware of the problem, and are attempting to fix it "as quickly as possible", we'll try and keep you updated. Greg |
