Feature Requests → Google Apps Page and Gmail Integration |
We have export from Google Apps, i.e. you can pull the contacts from Google Apps into Tactile CRM to use. That is all we have at the moment. Thanks Jake |

Feature Requests → Google Apps Page and Gmail Integration |
I saw this from the google application providers. I am curious how this fits in with Google Apps. What kind of integration do you have. As Alpin is saying the only thing Google Apps doesn't have is a shared address book. they are erroneously calling something they have a shared contact list but it is a shared user list. Any clarity on what kind of integration Tactile has with Google Apps? Thanks, Ankur |

Feature Requests → Google Apps Page and Gmail Integration |
Hello Thnak for the answer. It seems google toolbar is for google gmail NOT for google apps mail. To be more precise in my question I refer to Remember the Milk which realy mashup with google apps for the tasks or the Salesforce-google apps model. If we have 20 mail-users within an google apps domain when sending or replying to emails you create contacts in your goole apps account, but you cannot share those contacts you will record 20 times an email adress... |

Hi, Well you can do the 'from Google apps' bit by simply bcc'ing in your email drop box from Tactile (add it as a contact is the easiest way). I belive if you download Google toolbar it will open up a Google Mail window when you click on the email address in Tactile instead of your desktop client too. Does this work for you? Thanks Jake |

Hello Yes it's simlar to outlook-exchange, either when you are in your google apps account you click send an email you can select the "public" tactile account (as an outlook public contact folder) or when you are in a tactile adress you click send to this contact and it opens a new gmail apps windows, with that no need any more for exchange, but the key is a public contact management db... Well it's the only thing that is retaining us to more our 20 users out of exchange... |

Help, Trouble Shooting and Bug Reports → Activities - Google Calendar sync problem |
Hi, I've just tried to import my calendar and it works fine. I don't really use Google calendar but it doesn't seem to do activities, only events. Do you see your events and no activities, or nothing at all? Thanks Jake |

Help, Trouble Shooting and Bug Reports → Opportunities Question |
Hi, You only need to set the status for opportunities to appear in the 'Open' view, not all of them. Am I correct in thinking that when you added it first this wasn't set? Thanks Jake |

Feature Requests → Google Apps Page and Gmail Integration |
If tactile could integrate in the start page of Google Apps and create better integration with Gmail (see SalesForce model or www.box.net), it could become the "public" contact manager that is so much missing in Google Apps, a first feature as "send with your gmail apps count " could be a small revolution and helps small businness to integer tactile in google apps suite... |

Help, Trouble Shooting and Bug Reports → Activities - Google Calendar sync problem |
I've been trying to sync my Activities into my Google Calendar using my calendar key URL eg. something like: http://notmyrealaccount.tactilecrm.com/public/icalendar/?key=4321c992a2c9f721e45098980e7b7873b9 However it's just not working. I can't see what I could be doing wrong. I tried the same URL some other calendar software and it appeared to be working. But not at all for Google Calendar. Can someone help? |

Help, Trouble Shooting and Bug Reports → Opportunities Question |
when i setup an opportunity it then doesn't display in the default Opportunities page view (eg. Open). It's only when i input the full details eg. adding sales pipeline information that it then displays in the Open Opportunities page. This seems like a bug to me. I would like all Opportunities to start out as Open status by default unless other specified so that they would show up in the default Open Opportunities page. Hope that makes sense! It's late whilst I type this. |

Help, Trouble Shooting and Bug Reports → 2 Bugs in Opportunity Search |
2 Bugs in Opportunity Search Functional Bug: 1. enter a search term in the opportunity search box 2. quickly press enter before the AJAX search results are populated 3. the page refreshes to a search results page with no functionality Usability Bug: The rotating image that is displayed when the AJAX request is being processed causes the search box to wrap and appear on the next line in some cases. |

Feature Requests → Tactile U6 Launch Date |
I love TactileCRM and am itching to roll it out within my company, but it needs to have an API so we can integrate it with our internal apps. I saw on the product roadmap that the next release will feature an API. What's your current schedule for a rollout? Thanks! Zach. |
