Difference between versions - opportunities?

Hi I'm interested in Tactile however before I spend time evaluating it, could you clarify what you mean by 'opportunities' in the table outlining the differences between the versions? I can only imagine it means customers I'm actually working with, however why would that be a limited number? Be great if you could explain because otherwise it looks great. |

Hi Broadhat, The number of contacts represents the total number of clients/leads/people combined. The number of opportunities means the number of open opportunities, i.e. bits of work associated with a client/lead/person. I hope that makes sense. Jake |

Hi I too am interested in Tactile. The number of opportunities for each version seems quite low, especially in relation to the number of contacts. Does the number restriction include closed opportunities? Are there other statuses for opportunities that do not count as 'open'? Regards, |

Hi Sharyn, The limit applies only to Open opportunities. Opportunities have a 'status' and when you setup statuses you select whether or not it represents an 'open' state. You can setup as many statuses as you like. Does this help? |
