Help on Configurable Value meanings

Hi all, I was configuring some values and some of them are not really clear. For example what does Classification mean? Looking through the help files sheds no light. Can I drill down based on these values to find all Retail leads in a particular region? |

Hi, Thanks for your questions - it's up to you how you use the classification field; we use it within Tactile CRM to indicate the classification of the business by its size, for example we have:
We'll update the help files and make these a bit more obvious, we're thinking of doing a glossary of terms too. If you want to drill down by region you have two ways to do it. First of all, when you are viewing the list of clients or leads you can click on a town and view all leads within that region, you can then do a CSV export too of just that data, or you can tag items depending upon regions, use the tag cloud on the right when viewing the list, and again do a CSV export of just those results.
