Is there a way to delete multiple records (clients, leads, etc.) without going into each and every one and hitting delete? Also, is there a way to add a tag to more than one record at a time, after the initial import?

Multiple deletes is something we are looking into at the moment, but for the time being you will have to do them individually. It's the same with multiple tag updates too.

we are evaluating HighriseHQ and tactileCRM for our sales staff. we are leaning towards tactileCRM, but haven't made our final decision yet. Multiple delete or selecting more than one client/lead at the same time to add a tag, delete etc. is one of the most important time saving features. I hope this feature is implemented soon. We're looking at mass delete and tag options at the moment, keep an eye out on our newsletter for more information about this when it becomes available.

In the meantime, if it helps, you can assign tags to contacts when you import them so that they all have the same ones.
