First of all, we really like tactileCRM and good job for it programmers.

Our prospective clients fill out online web form to get proposals or information from us. Each web form generates an email which we receive and enter into our Outlook and database.

We would like the web form contact fields to automatically create a new lead account in TactileCRM.

Basic form fields like name, address, email can be captured and sent to dropbox to create a new lad. This will save a lot of time for everybody.

Thanks for the feature request and feedback, we really value it.

We have had quite a few people ask for web form integration and it is something we are currently looking at. We won't bore you with the technical details but we're trying to think of a way to make it easy to use without too much set up.
